What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight of the Maintenance Programs Field Support team
- Define team structure, scope, and day-to-day planning
- Mentor and provide direction to the team for on and off-site support
- Ensure compliance with maintenance program standards
- Establish a network across the operation and lead strategic planning discussions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in aviation field
- Strong understanding of maintenance programs concepts and policies
- Ability to travel 50% of the time domestically and internationally
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
