As Manager Mechanical Engineering you lead the mechanical team, including training, employee development, performance evaluation and recruitment.
You are responsible for the development of the team consisting of 5 CAD Engineers and 10 Mechanical Engineers.
Responsible for resource planning of team members on projects.
Be able to verify technical solutions and feasibility in the field of heating and refrigeration technology.
Contribute to innovation and implement standardization of heating and refrigeration systems.
Improve the quality of the work by analyzing and resolving issues, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Provide continuous evaluation of department processes, methods and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
Master’s or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in Mechanical or Process Engineering.
5+ years of experience in leading (project) teams.
Preferred: Knowledge of Heating and Refrigeration technologies.
