      • Manages wholesale mortgage account executive team.
      • Manages wholesale mortgage underwriting operations.
      • Works with Encompass Administrator and Broker Desk Manager in developing and improving existing process workflows and loan origination system and IT related projects based on observed inefficiencies.
      • Manage the daily wholesale channel loan pipeline to ensure meeting closing deadlines and customer expectations.
      • Ensure mortgage loan process is compliant with all current wholesale rules and regulations.
      • Recruits, interviews, hires, and manages talented staff, including pro-active efforts to retain employees.
      • Ensure account executives on-going training and new hire on-boarding.
      • Manage recruiting and hiring and performance evaluation of account executives.
      • Develop, improve and maintain account executive and broker performance score cards.
      • Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales production, revenue and profitability goals.
      • Develops strategic plans to meet departmental sales, and customer service objectives.
      • Motivates, coaches and provide guidance to assigned area personnel.
      • Addresses non-performance issues timely while establishing appropriate performance improvement measures.
      • Maintains in-depth knowledge of Bank of Hope, policies, and procedures.
      • Ensures all employees must strictly adhere to all such policies and procedures related to mortgage lending.
      • Accountable for ensuring that all employees comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and compliance regulations.

      Job Qualifications/Requirements

      Education/Credentials

      • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

      Prior Experience

      • Required: At least 7-10 years of experience working in wholesale mortgage sales and operations.

      Technical Skills

      • Required: Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
      • Required: Strong organizational skills with a willingness to adapt to change as needed in a fast-paced environment.
      • Required: Strong management and leadership skills.
      • Required: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of mortgage banking services and products.

      The salary range for this full-time position is $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 + bonus + benefits

      Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.

      Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
