- Working closely with the WEB Chair, Vice Chair and Committee members to support and execute all of WEB’s programs, initiatives and projects
- Supporting WEB’s various subcommittees, including organizing regular meetings, working closely with subcommittee chairs to craft meeting agendas, and tracking and implementing action items
- Drafting proposals and agendas, and playing the principal role in carrying out and executing WEB client programs and initiatives; these include, but are not limited to the WEB Financial Analysis Program, Thought Leadership Dinners, and joint programs with external organizations
- Executing and overseeing WEB’s internally-facing programs, including the WEB Connection mentoring program
- Working with the Brand and Communication team to prepare internal and external marketing materials, including WEB’s quarterly newsletter, oversight and content review for WEB social media and video production, and the rollout of the annual WEB Week campaign
- Preparing and managing WEB's global budget
- Managing Sponsorship requests for outside organizations
- Supporting the execution of the firm's annual Women's Leadership Academies
- Completing specialist projects when necessary, including with our Women Lawyers Group
- Collaborating with firm's various committees and administrative departments on projects
- Display advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, and are particularly adept at drafting a wide variety of communications, including policies and proposals, presentations, marketing pieces, talking points, and executive summaries
- Demonstrate advanced organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines and projects
- Possess the ability to undertake large, long-term projects, develop efficient methods to complete them, and implement solutions
- Enjoy creative, “out of the box” thinking, with an ability to turn innovative ideas (without precedent) into concrete projects capable of implementation
- Exhibit excellent leadership skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective management
- Show well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm, including both attorneys and staff
- Have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
- Perceive and analyze complex problems and issues, and a capacity to make or recommend sound decisions
- Possess the ability to use independent judgment and discretion when making majority of decisions
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team with a strong customer service focus
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a Juris Doctorate or other Master’s degree preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years relevant diversity or professional services experience, with a strong preference for law firm experience
- A minimum of two (2) years managerial experience

Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
