      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage on-site teams to ensure operational efficiency and high performance
      - Act as the primary escalation point for operational challenges and ensure prompt resolution
      - Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance support
      - Develop and execute strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
      - Oversee contract administration and financial accountability, including budget monitoring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience
      - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship
      - Proven experience in aerospace operations, preferably with aircraft interior products
      - Leadership experience focused on execution and responsiveness
      - Extensive experience in customer engagement and contract negotiation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations related to aircraft component production and maintenance
      - Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
      - Familiarity with accounting or financial oversight, including cost management
      - CORE Champion or similar LEAN certification (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
      - Experience with stakeholder management and performance tracking
