Job Title – Manager - Operations Excellence Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is a Siemens Service Company that provides innovative digital solutions and customer-oriented business services. Change the future with us Coordinate with all stakeholders to execute loading of the savings measures in a central savings tool. Manage process schedule, target & scope of savings measures; Highlight deviations to savings committee and Advisory team and take necessary action. Identify risks and issues and facilitate mitigation. Report the loaded savings measures performance to savings committee. Preparation of content for Newsletter on savings & measures for standardization review. Post alignment with Management process the content for internal newsletter. Acting as Governance for Productivity & Customer Value Creation levers incl. creation, implementation, and governing framework for measurement and tracking of these savings in line with global guidelines of Siemens. Work closely with HQ savings coordinators to develop deep understanding of savings calculation and various levers in savings tool: Cross train business lines Spocs and Fin controllers in the center. Proactively intervene and help Service Lines in updating measures in savings tool. To analyze failed savings measure in savings tool and reconcile it. Monthly connect with business lines SPOCs and Finance controllers for review, ideas and knowledge sharing. Track and highlight Actuals vs. Forecast/Targets Gaps and align with business lines on measures to mitigate them. Monthly Management Reporting to GBS Management. Conduct training and awareness sessions on the savings tool & measures and customer value creations for employees in the shared service center. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Experience in continuous improvement. Experienced in RCA and CAPA for escalation management and audit findings. Experienced in coordinating and supporting implementation of multiple process improvement projects. Experience in analyzing, modeling, and interpreting large data sets for diagnostic and predictive analysis. Experience in implementing End to End process improvement projects. Exposure to working in International projects and comfortable with international cultural diversity. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching/mentoring and collaboration/influencing skills. Experience in savings methodology/process will be beneficial. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office. ISO 9001 2015 QMS trained or certified will be preferred. LSSGB (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) Certified or Trained will be preferred. Trained in Power BI, Minitab, R, Tableau, Python, SQL and other data analytics tools preferred. Knowledge of Tools for Project Management, Metrics, Dashboards. We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you? This role is based in Bangalore.
