      The Opportunity

      The Manager, Partnership Solutions is a new and exciting role at Samsung Ads. This role will be help grow a division dedicated to leading Samsung Ads’ go-to-market strategy and execution for sales marketing and strategic partnership development, with a focus on increasing sales velocity and revenue impact of the front-line sales organization. In alignment with the Sales organization, the Manager, Partnership Solutions will define sales solutions for brands and entertainment advertisers in North America.

      This role will support revenue growth of the sales organization by arming them with the ongoing sales tools, assets and packages they need to be effective and providing framework, client support and general oversight of strategic partnership development for annual/multi-year deals. The Manager, Partnership Solutions will be based in the NY office with some domestic travel.

      • Deliver value for our internal sales partners while helping to achieve Samsung Ads goals.
      • Communicate and influence across the organization, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Analytics/Insights, Fin Ops, Biz Ops and internal/external partners to develop highly effective relationships and strong GTM plans.
      • Partner with sales team to better understand customer requirements and market needs in order to drive category leadership and the development of outcome-based customer solutions.
      • Work internally with vertical sales, marketing, product and technology teams to shape enterprise partnership strategy for Samsung Ads.
      • Execute development of sales-ready content and resources including sales collateral, seasonal/annual packages, bespoke sales solutions, standard playbooks, vertical specific narratives/communications and new partnership framework and solutions.
      • Co-pilot marketing strategy, tactical planning, execution and assessment on special projects, betas/tests, and strategic partnership development efforts.
      • Define what success looks like for sales partners and develop YOY prioritization criteria.
      • Develop measurement strategy for go-to-market activities of new partner offerings, including overall sales impact, sales per partner, number of offerings, and other key revenue-generating metrics.

      Qualifications

      • An appreciation of pop culture and sports marketing
      • 6+ years of industry experience with a heavy emphasis on B2B/Sales Marketing, Partnership Marketing and/or Integrated Media or Brand Marketing.
      • Strong working knowledge of best practices in advanced/linear tv, digital media, big data, ad tech and full funnel marketing strategy.
      • Experience working with sales teams (up and down the org) in driving pipeline and revenue.
      • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics.
      • Track record of success building a strategic client partnership solutions or innovation programs.
      • Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, collateral/presentations, websites, social promotions, videos and other marketing materials.
      • A deep proficiency for persuasive storytelling through copy, visuals, and oratory presentations in addition to experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing narratives, presentations and other marketing collateral.
      • A superb track record for project management and prioritization assessment, executing multiple projects simultaneously, at a high frequency and to completion with minimal guidance, working both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
      • Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups, and a deep proficiency in brand building.
      • Ability to move quickly and navigate through complexity to arrive at solutions and outcomes that drive results.

      Skills and Qualifications

      The salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,000 and $160,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
