- Provides leadership and guidance to providers and staff within the practice setting,
- Maintains collaborative relationships with BIVF partners and TWH management/leaders,
- Has oversight of operating budget and capital expenditures,
- In collaboration with front office staff and TWH business office, ensures appropriate office pre-certification for services, coding, billing and structure to maintain days in A/R to be 30 or lower as an average,
- Directs day to day operations to ensure responsibilities are carried out, in each respective area (clinical services, procedural area, ultrasounds and HCGs, lab collections, andrology lab), according to identified standards, policies/protocols and regulatory requirements,
- Fosters professional, collaborative, safe working environment and develops appropriate staffing models for provision of care and services,
- Participates in strategy development in order to market and promote business growth for reproductive services and hospital,
- Promotes customer satisfaction by reviewing satisfaction surveys; talking directly with patients who have questions or have voiced concerns; identifies improvement opportunities with team; and documents action items,
- Maintains eIVF practice management/clinical documentation system to meet the needs of the practice.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree in nursing, health services, or business, preferred
- minimum of one year management experience

Job Summary
The Manager Practice Admin is responsible for day-to-day oversight of clinical and business operations in conjunction with office providers, lab manager, and front office staff. Ensures the practice is following and/or exceeding the standards of the hospital and all regulatory bodies. Serves as a resource and leader for all staff within the office. In conjunction with hospital leadership, Business Development/Marketing department and BIVF partners, contributes to strategic planning and goals for the practice.
