What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a hands-on engineering team focused on reusable libraries and platform enablement
- Hire and develop technical talent; conduct one-on-ones, goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with product, architects, QA, and other engineering teams to plan and execute software delivery
- Drive adoption of modern technologies, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
- Champion secure application development and compliance in a regulated environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, including team leadership
- Proven ability to deliver scalable software in agile, cloud-based environments
- Expertise in .NET, Angular, Postgres, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues
