      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Champion safety through accountability and communication, ensuring all employees prioritize safety

      - Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets while striving for cost efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years prior passenger airline experience in a leadership role
      - Previous experience as a City Manager
      - High level of initiative and strong team-building skills
      - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish, especially for predominantly Spanish-speaking or Latin American locations
      - Experience in managing special projects and committees
      - Proven track record in leading training curricula development
      - Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
