What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive topline results among assigned hotels through go-to-market sales initiatives
- Support the adoption of company programs and strategies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for each assigned hotel
- Establish regular touchpoints with franchisees and hotel associates
- 10% travel to franchise locations required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of sales experience in a mid-scale hotel
- Experience with franchise mid-scale hotels or management companies preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-property experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other sales and revenue management tools
