      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary research team in AI/ML projects
      - Oversee and contribute to the development of algorithms in biometrics and voice authentication
      - Manage strategic research operations and ensure the integrity and measurable impact of initiatives
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research with commercial goals
      - Evangelize research outcomes through publications and representation at industry events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
      - 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research, including deep learning and fraud analytics
      - Proven experience leading teams in AI research and managing the research lifecycle
      - Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
      - Successful track record of publishing in prestigious conferences and transferring research models to production

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in adversarial AI, deepfake detection, or biometric risk analysis
      - Background in large-scale video analytics or liveness detection
      - Experience building scalable technology organizations
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
      - Knowledge of applied research ethics and responsible AI standards
