Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Sourcing and Procurement

The Category Manager role is responsible for the management of procurement functions across all categories (Indirect & Direct), drive effective governance among onshore/offshore partners and support team to identify the savings opportunities, negotiate with suppliers and drive savings by demonstrating the market conditions and by implementing the right strategy. This also involves spot buy negotiations require along with crafting and leading contract workspace in Ariba and Support onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Good experience with Ariba functionality, mapping and solution upstream and Downstream with s4 Hana.
• Good experience in supplier enablement process in Ariba, S4 Hana & buyers network.
• Good experience with resolving SLP integration issue, knowledge of errors & solution, involving supplier, invoices & user login.
• Good experience with working closely with Ariba shared services and the Ariba SR/ER process.
• Good experience with contracts or sourcing workspace templates, Catalog management, requisition approval flows changes management & data imports.
• Complete domain knowledge of S2P & SLP.
• To support data management, supplier onboarding, systems integrations

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong experience in advanced Ariba
• Ariba supplier master data management experience
• • SLP (Supplier Lifecycle & Performance) – OR if not SLP at least managing suppliers in Ariba/ERP’s systems.

Preferred Skill Set

• Working knowledge of Contract Law and contract management, strategic sourcing, Supplier Management, Value Chain standard methodologies/techniques
• Knowledge of buying/hedging commodity materials/ Running e-RFI/RFQ or auctions (Preferred)
• Category expertise in the indirect sourcing
• Experience in Australia Market will be an added advantage
• Contract Management in Ariba
