What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive top-line sales performance for a portfolio of newly opening or transitioning hotels
- Manage incoming group and transient business leads with professionalism and urgency
- Qualify leads and create customized proposals that align with client needs and hotel objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target accounts and opportunities
- Utilize sales platforms to manage accounts, track activity, and measure effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a centralized or multi-property environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Proficient in CRM/RFP tools like Hyatt's Envision, CSM, and Cvent Transient platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with hotel openings, transitions, or ramp performance
- Knowledge of Hyatt's commercial ecosystem and regional sales structure
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, matrixed team environment
