What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high-performing team of Operations professionals supporting the Sales Engineering Team
- Build and maintain a comprehensive program that supports the Global Sales Engineering Team
- Participate in annual operating planning, capacity planning, and manage productivity software for the SE Team
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Enablement
- Drive technical enablement strategies to equip Sales Engineers for success in the field
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or similar analytical roles
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team and/or program in a go-to-market function
- Proven experience in building processes and enablement strategies that improve organizational productivity
- Strong understanding of business process automation and experience in driving cross-functional initiatives to completion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MS/MBA degree
- Fluency in AI terminology and strategy, particularly in business process design
- Understanding of software development and release cycles, focusing on New Product Introduction
- Experience managing intake processes and roadmaps to track team productivity
- Experience in planning and executing multi-day conference-style events for large audiences
