      About the Job:

      The Manager, Sales – International will have primary responsibility for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our presence globally, with a focus on acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role will drive sales growth in international markets, particularly within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

      In This Role, You Will:

      • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and increase market share.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients in target regions.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
      • Utilize in-depth knowledge of NVOCC operations to offer value-added services and solutions to clients, ensuring efficient and cost-effective shipping processes.
      • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and maximizing profit margins through effective negotiation and pricing strategies.
      • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.
      • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and exceptional customer satisfaction.
      • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
      • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities and contracts.
      • All other duties and projects as assigned.

      • Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries.
      • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
      • Strong understanding of NVOCC operations, including documentation, booking procedures, and regulatory compliance.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans.
      • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
      • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
      • Must be 18 years of age or older.


      • Experience with Salesforce.
      • Master's degree.

      Location: This is a remote role.

      Approximately 25% travel is anticipated.
