      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing Upper Mid-Market accounts
      - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service
      - Accurately forecast sales revenue and report on team progress to senior leadership
      - Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, product offerings, and client satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on Upper Mid-Market accounts, ideally in the Uniform/Custom Apparel sector
      - Minimum of 2 years in a sales management or leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales results
      - Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)

      - Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools
