What you would be doing? • Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to meet the expectations as well as bridge the gap. Business targets – OI growth, Share of Wallet, Revenue, Sales Margin, Customer development, overall business development • Manage completion of budgets for regular sales reviews and reporting. • Able to sell concepts and get customer confidence based on value selling. • Plan and visit customers to meet the sales target and support requirements of customers. • Cooperate with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning. • Drive customer focus within the organization and initiates / contribute to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects. • Support strategic key customers' business development. • Sales systematic & reporting in CRM tool. • Manage assigned organizational units and lead and / or coordinate dedicated management and staff • Should possess high initiative to push channels to derive higher growth in new fields like iMCC, Energy Management Systems, Digitalization, Industry 4.0 etc. • Attend and participate in customer team meetings, and communicate regularly. • Ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain successful business relationships with channel partners and customers. • Carrying out promotional activities like customer presentations, demos, seminar etc. • Imagine and implement a Industrial, Infra & Retail and Digital strategy for Smart Infrastructure Sales – Vadodara. How do you qualify for the role? • Candidate with an Engineering degree / Diploma and additional Management background would be preferred with 8- 15 years of Sales experience. • Exceptional Networking, Communication and Presentation skills desired. • He / She will need to be passionate about bringing technology to market and will need to be comfortable discussing technology at across Level.
