- Designs, develops and deploys sales marketing programs/resources across the organization, aligning prioritization with enterprise sales development leaders and partner departments.
- Drives results by individually developing and overseeing team members’ development of sales materials (narratives, go-to-market positioning, collateral, decks) to secure new and incremental business across enterprise sales teams, identified industry verticals and customer segmentation.
- Introduces new sales marketing narratives to the Sales team, partners with learning, communications, and deployment teams on learning objectives and effective introduction of all resources to the organization.
- Researches, develops and recommends sales positioning strategies for key stakeholders by utilizing industry, economic and competitive insights and trends, to meet the customer landscape across our enterprise teams.
- Solicits feedback, monitors, and refines sales marketing narratives, and works with partner groups across Product Marketing, Product Management, Insights and Brand to provide recommendations and solutions to narratives, to drive client engagement and business.
- Oversees team’s creation of TV and streaming narratives, highlighting our offerings and value prop surrounding OTT, CTV, FAST, Xumo, and VOD, and how we differentiate in the marketplace.
- Develops and effectively communicates department policies, procedures and practices.
- Develops, trains and mentors sales development team members.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

We’re looking for a dynamic and progressive marketing leader to develop our go-to-market narratives and resources, maximizing our advertising sales revenue. This individual is a player coach, both individually creating and overseeing the team’s efforts surrounding our one-to-many sales narratives and positioning across different lines of business, with a heightened focus on our enterprise business (Large Agency Sales, Emerging Verticals, Advanced Solutions, Strategic Growth, and more) by partnering with Sales, Sales Development and other internal stakeholders. A key area of focus would include industry, economy and competitive research to enhance storytelling for key value propositions. This individual would develop and oversee narratives and resources around data capabilities, audience strategy, TV and streaming (OTT, CTV, FAST, Xumo), Audience Addressable, competitive intelligence, and advanced measurement and reporting. Day-to-day would require collaboration with partner departments like Product Marketing, Research, and Brand for their insights, to individually craft and lead team members in the development of assets like presentations, videos, one-sheets, emails, and more for the Sales and Sales Development teams. This individual would own content launch strategy and deployment, in partnership with the Communications team.
