      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and serve as the escalation point for the CPQ Support team, focusing on the Sales and Performance Management teams
      - Maintain and track ticket intake systems, identifying trends and driving improvements to enhance user experience
      - Develop and communicate team-specific KPIs and SLAs, ensuring accountability and exceptional support processes
      - Partner with leadership to address critical support issues and proactively communicate tool-related outages and resolutions
      - Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and training on CPQ and quoting tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in sales/business operations, or equivalent experience
      - 1+ year of management or leadership experience
      - 4+ years of experience with Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) software or relevant systems
      - Proven experience in a support capacity within a high-functioning sales and/or operations environment
      - Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with lead-to-cash processes and platforms
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and PowerBI
      - Ability to influence and drive change across functional groups in a matrixed organization
      - Demonstrated creativity and innovation in improving operations
      - Experience in project management methodologies
