What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee sales operational functions, including processes, reporting, and troubleshooting for internal teams and external customers
- Lead and develop a dedicated team to enhance service quality and productivity
- Maintain departmental policies and procedures while providing ongoing education to Sales MOT
- Support achievement of the organization’s service, quality, productivity, and membership goals
- Plan, organize, and direct operational functions within the Sales and Marketing Department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s level degree required
- Previous experience with Salesforce highly preferred
