      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train the sales qualification process
      - Hire and train high-performing salespeople in alignment with company values
      - Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and conduct performance reviews
      - Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership regularly
      - Coach and develop direct reports to ensure high employee engagement and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within the Human Capital Management industry
      - Minimum of 2 years of prior management experience; management consulting experience is a plus
      - Experience overseeing a team of at least 4 people
      - Technical proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce and other related tools
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
