What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain subject matter expertise in oncology disease states, products, and therapeutic areas
- Develop and execute training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance
- Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory to ensure accuracy and compliance of training materials
- Lead training meetings, managing logistics and participant engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align training with brand objectives and rollout training materials for field colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Experience in training, marketing, or sales within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector
- Exceptional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to work in an unstructured environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of oncology disease areas
- Experience developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training design concepts
- Exceptional oral presentation skills
- Expertise with innovative technology platforms and programs (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
