- Deep understanding of technology and software licensing to drive successful contract negotiations and management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university or Five (5) years of related work experience in IT Contract Administration, IT Project Management, IT Vendor Management or Purchasing, preferably in a healthcare provider setting
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Computer skills: PeopleSoft
- Moving down in order of pertinence
- Hours, 8:00am - 4:00pm, 5 days per week
- Remote work setting (from NJ, NY or PA only)
- Manage an IT contract portfolio based on category, facility or other and ensuring that portfolio contracts are current and producing value for the organization
- Drives savings and value creation through the negotiation of pricing and other terms that enhance the business and clinical operations
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute IT Contractual and Pricing Agreements with Suppliers directly or through the GPO
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Establish and maintain complex supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters in order to provide contract resolution
- Knowledge of IT and Supply Chain automated functions (preferably in PeopleSoft) as it relates to materials and contract management, project management
- Knowledge of basic legal principles and commercial business terms
- Knowledge of project management processes and systems in order to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Ability to develop, present, track and achieve long-range business plans and strategies
- Ability to achieve goals that are focused on savings targets
- Ability to be sensitive to the needs of customers through the practice of quality service principles
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to persuade internal and external stakeholders

Job Overview:
The IT Contract Manager plays a pivotal role in the negotiations, procurement and management of a wide variety of technology contracts, including software licensing agreements, hardware procurement, cloud services agreements, data protection agreements, IT professional services contracts, and technology maintenance and support contracts.
The position will manage a portfolio of IT contracts: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, IT Security, Supply Chain, GPO and Legal to ensure alignment on contractual and legal matters: provide contract-related support and guidance to management, technology teams and business owns.
