      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the preparation of all SEC filings and quarterly earnings releases
      - Conduct research and prepare technical accounting memos on complex accounting issues
      - Review vendor contracts and ensure proper accounting treatment
      - Collaborate with external auditors on technical accounting topics during the annual audit
      - Lead special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
      - CPA with 4+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience or equivalent
      - Proficiency in SAP, BPC, Blackline, and AuditBoard
      - Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and SEC reporting regulations
      - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities under pressure

      - Experience in a technical accounting or similar role
      - Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Positive self-starter with a high level of ethics and integrity
