      Job Description

      This position will be responsible for providing oversight and developing curriculum for Corporate Security programs involving but not limited to training and leadership across the enterprise. The position will coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with Security Directors at each property regarding the roles and responsibilities of the position. The position will be a conduit between Corporate Safety and Security Directors regarding Security and Safety Protocols. The position assignment must stay current with all health, security and safety requirements imposed by Federal, State, and Local authorities which could impact properties across the enterprise.

      • Maintain, oversee, develop, and update Security Training and Leadership across the enterprise in coordination with Security Directors and Security Training Managers at each property.
      • Working knowledge of security systems such as but not all inclusive iTrak, Dataminr, and Access Control.
      • Provide leadership and direction in the Emergency Operations Center during critical incidents.
      • Coordinate and aide Safety when necessary to educate/train Security Directors with their added safety responsibilities.
      • Responsible for Fire Wardens at Rainbow Corporate Offices to include training.
      • Ensure regular engagement with the Security Training Managers at each property.
      • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills at an executive management level.
      • Proven independent judgement and decision-making skills and capability.
      • Influencer and collaborator who can gain alignment with company internal functions to execute cross functional initiatives.
      • Results oriented leader with hands-on experience establishing meaningful metrics to measure effectiveness and flag opportunities.
      • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop tailored security solutions for a global enterprise based on unique business imperatives, markets, geographies, and challenges.
      • In-depth knowledge of industry best practice security operations, investigations, and incident management. Conversant in all security industry certification programs as feasible.
      • Instructor certified to teach at any and all Academy programs.
      • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department leaders.

      Qualifications

      • Must be at least 21 years of age.
      • College degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • Must possess prior safety experience.
      • Must have knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices pertaining to safety and health in the workplace.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
      • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to mentor/teach subordinates and peers.
      • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
      • Equipment used regularly: Phones, Computers, and Firearms.
      • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Concealed Weapons Permit.
      • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications to instruct classes on Security.
