- Increase market share in territory and exceed monthly performance targets related to subscriber acquisition and revenue.
- Create and lead ongoing prospecting plans for business development within the territory for all employees to meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Coordinate and run team sales meetings including skill development, funnel reviews, 1:1s, and field coaching.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of territory-based Account Executives focused on business development and account management.
- Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching to develop the skills and product knowledge of your team members.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- Education :
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition experience in a commission-based environment (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in sales team leadership, preferably in a B2B sales role (Required)
- 2+ years of Telecommunications / technical sales experience (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills (Required)
- Inspirational leadership: experience as a people leader who can inspire and lead teams to improved performance (Required)
- Business Sales: A proven track record of business sales success exceeding quotas (Required)
- Presentations skills to both large groups and one-on-one (Required)
- Well-honed customer negotiation skills (Required)
- Recruiting Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes in order to attract and retain top sales talent (Required)
- Funnel management and forecasting accuracy (Required)

In this role, you’ll have complete responsibility for hiring, training, developing, and leading a sales team of outside B2B Account Executives in defined geographic territories. Your leadership skills will be pivotal to your entire team’s success since your income and theirs will depend on your team’s skill and effort. You are responsible for the creation and monitoring of prospecting and sales plans for your geographic area, and your experience with business development, sales leadership, funnel management, and deal negotiation will help your team build and maintain a pipeline of business to consistently exceed monthly quotas.Job Responsibilities:

New York Pay Range : $103,110.00 - $139,440.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
