      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of software developers to create solutions for the airline
      - Maintain and develop systems within a designated business domain
      - Ensure high code quality and effective performance from team members
      - Communicate with peer teams and business leaders regarding project status
      - Conduct requirement analysis, document technical specifications, and debug code

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field from an ABET accredited university
      - 5+ years of software development experience
      - Strong performance orientation and ability to work well under pressure
      - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
      - Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire for success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
      - 10+ years of software development experience
      - 5+ years in software development leadership roles
      - Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Typescript, Angular, Go, SQL, AWS, and other relevant tools
