      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of 3–5 software engineers, providing mentorship and supporting their career development
      - Contribute directly to code development, debugging, and feature implementation
      - Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and oversee software releases
      - Ensure adherence to engineering standards and support compliance with regulatory frameworks
      - Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
      - 6+ years of professional software development experience
      - 2+ years in a leadership, mentorship, or team-lead capacity
      - Hands-on experience with Python and modern web frameworks (Django or similar)
      - Proficiency with Git-based source control (GitLab, GitHub, or Azure DevOps)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in life sciences, healthcare technology, or validated environments
      - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and collaboration with DevOps Engineers
      - Understanding of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and regulatory expectations such as 21 CFR Part 11
      - Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one front-end framework (Vue.js, React, Angular, etc.)
      - Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
