      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and scale a high-impact engineering team focused on building core IAM platform capabilities
      - Design, build, and operate always-on, distributed systems for authentication and authorization services
      - Champion team success and foster individual growth within the engineering team
      - Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, customer-centric solutions
      - Advocate for agile processes, continuous integration, and test automation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10+ years of total software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
      - Proven experience managing multiple work streams within a team
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
      - Technical experience with REST APIs, Java/GoLang, and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
      - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Co-Pilot and Agentic Authentication and Authorization
      - Familiarity with IAM domain experience
      - Background in self-service and customer enablement platforms
