- Proven commercial experience working within software engineering along with team lead experience.
- Experience of working with unified communications (e.g. Cisco UCM, Zoom, MS Teams) and Trading Floor platforms (e.g. BT Trading, IPC Unigy, Speakerbus).
- Able to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing, revenue focused environment.
- Ability to work within a geographically distributed development team spread between multiple time zones and cultures.
- Experience of voice recording platforms is advantageous.
- Working experience of Cloud development.
- Working experience of CoPilot to increase software development effectiveness and efficiency.
- Working knowledge of Cloud tools such as Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Harness and/or Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of Monitoring Tools such as Datadog and/or OpsGenie.
- Able to work independently under general direction towards predetermined longer-term goals and guide your team through that.
- Evidence of suitably complex requirements which have been designed by yourself.
- Able to troubleshoot and identify root cause of issues while liaising with engineering teams, support and end customers.
- Ability to work as part of a matrixed team, building supportive and collaborative relationships with colleagues in order to meet Verint’s objectives.

- Management responsibility for Verint Financial Compliance (VFC) Recording solution, both on premise and Cloud.
