- Working with the functional leaders to align organizational priorities, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery against goals
- Developing communications and presentation materials for executive-level audiences
- Planning line-of-business reviews, staff meetings, employee town halls
- Partnering with CEG to implement talent management programs – recruitment, training and development, employee recognition, compensation, and retention
- Interacting effectively with employees at all levels in the organization to strengthen team culture, continuously improve the work environment, and identify and resolve issues
- Directing department-wide administrative functions, including operating expense management
- Strong analytical acumen, problem solving, project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills – clear, logical, and structured
- Business maturity and demonstrated ability to influence at all levels
- Confidence to operate under ambiguity, sound judgment, adaptable interpersonal skills, and strong situational leadership.
- Superior organization skills and scrupulous attention to detail
- Adaptable interpersonal skills, high energy, and a proven team-first mentality
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility needed to explore and evaluate new ideas
- Impeccable integrity required for handling confidential information
- Experience with credit & fraud risk
- Advanced degree in statistics, econometrics, operations research, mathematics, computer programming, data science, engineering, or other transferable quantitative disciplines
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau, and PowerBI

The Credit & Fraud Risk (CFR) organization is responsible for enabling profitable growth by optimizing risk return trade-offs in our consumer, commercial, and merchant businesses, while delivering a superior customer experience.
Within CFR the Consumer Marketing and Enterprise Personalization Decision Science team is responsible for targeting models and personalization decision science across customer and prospect acquisition. The team’s work is at the heart of a diverse range of marketing functions ranging from card and non-card acquisition, loyalty, engagement, retention to customer personalization through critical enterprise capabilities.
We are looking for a Manager, Strategy & Business Planning to support the VP, Consumer & Merchant Marketing and Enterprise Personalization Decision Science team within the Credit and Fraud Risk organization. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the leadership team.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
