      Who you are
      We are looking for an outcomes-focused, high-performing, energetic, and detail-oriented professional for the Colliers Canada business. This professional will work closely with the Vice President, Strategy & Operations Canada, and other key members of the Canadian Executive leadership team to achieve business results by: providing analysis and research to support executive decision-making; delivering on strategic projects that enable and drive growth; and executing on operational imperatives. This hands-on role is unique because its scope extends across the entirety of Colliers Canada, and combines strategic planning, ad-hoc analysis, project management and process improvement to support clients and colleagues alike in a fast-moving, high growth commercial real estate services firm.

      Please note that this is an In-Office Working Arrangement from our Vancouver office.


      What you bring

      • 6-10 years of experience in management consulting or similar strategy or business transformation roles

      • Bachelor's degree or higher, in Commerce, Business or Finance.

      • Deep experience in strategy ideation and development, then execution and implementation .

      • Previous experience in a professional services firm or corporate environment as a trusted advisor to the business

      • Advanced Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills are critical.

      • PowerBI & visualization tools experience would be an asset.

      • Ability to interrogate, model, analyze and draw actionable insights from large sets of data.

      • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority. Experience working with executive leadership would be an asset.

      • Ability to effectively communicate with, and influence, senior level stakeholders.

      Bonus skills and experience

      • Commercial Real Estate Experience

      • Relevant postgraduate studies including MBA or CPA are an asset.


      What success looks like

      • Supporting the annual strategic planning process

      • Cross functional, complex strategic project delivery and management

        • Managing Corporate-led projects, initiatives and change

        • Undertaking structured problem solving

        • Undertaking financial modelling and quantitative analysis

        • Conducting research and developing insights

        • Formulating and delivering process improvement

      • Preparation of executive-ready materials, on a scheduled and ad hoc basis

        • Creating written reports and PowerPoint packs

      • Conducting research and analysis to support executive decision-making, including in relation to the competitive landscape, and identifying and assessing the feasibility of potential M&A initiatives and opportunities

      • Operations management

        • Operational management of the Colliers’ office portfolio strategy

      Approximate Salary Range for Role: $79,310.00 to $147,290.00

      Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
