      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in complex accounting areas, including revenue recognition, leases, and goodwill impairment analysis
      - Evaluate the impact of new accounting guidance and assist in the implementation of new standards (U.S. GAAP)
      - Conduct technical accounting research for unusual transactions and new contracts
      - Develop and issue accounting policies and provide associated training
      - Oversee quarterly and annual impairment analysis of goodwill and intangible assets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business with an accounting concentration
      - A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in public or technical accounting
      - Active CPA license from any U.S. state
      - Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting knowledge
      - Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Intacct or BPC accounting systems
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
