- Responsible for all Training & Content to support internal customers, including accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables, with focus on Sales.
- Owns the processes for overall content and knowledge base management, including creation, delivery, retrieval, and governance of information in any format, the interconnectivity of content with appropriate channels and tools, and alignment with ARI’s Marketing content team
- Serves as Sales Business Partner, collaboratively defining business challenges and goals, recommending solutions, working with the team to develop training curricula and content deliverables while ensuring alignment through regular and proactive communication.
- Works closely with team for quality, deadlines, trends, and performance management, along with individual and team development to optimize outcomes through training and content.
- Engages the front line team for continuous improvement to leverage their experience, demonstrate leadership’s value of their input, and build buy-in for change management.
- Leads the design strategy and supports the execution of a learning strategy for internal customer groups - understanding instructional design principles, learning theory, and instructional technology.
- Collaborates with stakeholder leadership on requirements and deployment of learning content and the design of learning strategy.
- Works with leadership and internal customers to develop team and operational strategy; drives progress aligned with corporate strategic initiatives, Holman’s commercial strategy, enterprise productivity, and long-term data strategy.
- Leverages multidisciplinary modalities and platforms for content delivery and storage, including but not limited to email, intranet, learning management system, blogs and vlogs.
- Oversees acquisition, implementation, adoption, and application of related technology and tools to drive outcomes related to learning and development and content
- Fosters disciplined collaboration and visibility with stakeholders internally by leading and Steering Committee(s), Working Group(s), and User Groups with a consistent approach and methodology.
- Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of learning and development and/or content creation and delivery methodologies
- Experience in B2B sales or service, including new business and/or customer retention.
- Experience in corporate/professional operations in a dynamic leadership role
- Preferred experience in learning and development, including teaching/training, or content, including marketing or print
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion in dealing with matters of significant priority
- Strong organizational, time management, project management and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and diplomacy skills- ability to influence and gain consensus
- Ability to influence from both sales and change management perspective
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
