      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and develop direct reports through coaching sessions, training class observations, and corrective actions
      - Track and report training effectiveness through agent life cycle performance
      - Ensure compliance with client training requirements
      - Analyze data-driven findings and provide feedback and recommendations
      - Lead learning solutions to drive success and effectiveness of training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Training, Social Sciences, Organizational Behavior, or related field
      - 1-2 years of experience leading training organizations
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Understanding of Adult Learning Theories
      - Ability to lead teams and manage performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools
      - Ability to travel as needed
