What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex performance improvement projects within the Care Transitions pillar, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Serve as engagement director for small projects and support project workstreams under the direction of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Develop project plans and client deliverables, and implement client deliverables independently
- Mentor and coach junior staff while managing project teams to enhance their skills and development
- Contribute to the firm’s advancement through participation on work teams and internal initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years in a relevant industry role with appropriate licensure/certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in health or related field; Master’s Degree preferred, with a requirement to enroll in a Master’s program if not already obtained
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Expanded operational knowledge of care management and patient placement processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Board Certification(s) in area of subject matter expertise
- Experience in client engagement and management
- Credibility as a subject matter expert in a specific domain
- Familiarity with Throughput initiatives and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to develop thought leadership materials for industry presentations and publications
