What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as engagement director for small projects within subject matter expertise
- Support project workstreams and assist Subject Matter Experts in assessments and implementation deliverables
- Independently create client-facing materials and advance project deliverables through meetings with clients and executives
- Mentor and coach junior staff while contributing to the firm's advancement through participation in work teams
- Develop thought leadership materials to enhance personal and employer brand
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years in a relevant role with appropriate licensure/certification
- Bachelor's Degree in health or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
- Strong expertise in inpatient nursing operations and workforce productivity management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Board Certification(s) in area of subject matter expertise
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Credibility as a subject matter expert in a specific domain
- Proven change management skills and ability to interface with nursing and labor initiative leaders
- Participation in inpatient nursing initiatives and leading smaller initiatives for operational excellence
