What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on hospital quality and patient safety
- Analyze and interpret clinical quality data to identify performance gaps
- Design and implement improvement plans addressing various clinical areas
- Support hospitals in optimizing performance on national quality scorecards
- Facilitate collaboration among hospital leaders to ensure consistent adoption of best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in acute care quality and hospital performance improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex quality and regulatory data
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, MBA, or similar) is preferred
- Professional certification such as CPHQ, CIC, or Lean/Six Sigma is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of CMS public reporting programs and NHSN surveillance
- Experience leading quality committees or performance-improvement teams
