What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver end-to-end solutions with continuous client engagement to ensure seamless implementation
- Own the implementation process from point of sale through to final handover
- Collaborate with Customer Success to align on client objectives and solution builds
- Manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Set clear, measurable goals for direct reports and mentor team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with RLDatix Risk solutions or similar healthcare technology
- Proven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and talent development
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of budgeting and cost control
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a consulting role within the healthcare sector
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration)
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies
