  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver end-to-end solutions with continuous client engagement to ensure seamless implementation
  - Own the implementation process from point of sale through to final handover
  - Collaborate with Customer Success to align on client objectives and solution builds
  - Drive adoption and value realization post-implementation to embed solutions and deliver outcomes
  - Maintain project governance and act as project code owner
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with RLDatix Workforce solutions or similar healthcare technology
  - Proven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
  - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard
  - Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and talent development
  - Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of budgeting and cost control
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in workforce transformation
  - Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  - Previous experience working in a consulting environment
  - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making
