Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40 associates across production, quality, and warehouse, including technicians, engineers, and administrative staff. Handle day-to-day operations of the branch, including services and building maintenance. Monitor daily operations reports, queues, and operational dashboards, taking necessary actions to maintain performance standards. Support existing processes and develop new ones for sales, purchasing, production, and warehouse operations. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing service issues and operational challenges. Manage inventory levels and health for the branch. Conduct month-end operational close activities. Allocate resources strategically to meet production timelines and operational goals. Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
