  Job Overview

  We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician I to join our team in San Diego. In this role, you'll assist with manufacturing processes, manage inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You'll work closely with other teams to help troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process improvements.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in manufacturing processes according to the production schedule.
  • Ensure training records and batch documentation are up to date.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
  • Track and manage inventory of raw materials and supplies.
  • Work with other teams to resolve any production issues.
  • Help implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).

  Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing (biotech or cell culture experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of cGMP is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
