      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assign and maintain administrative code set mappings (ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT4, HCPCS) for interface terminology
      - Maintain content in accordance with code set updates and adhere to coding guidelines
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries via the defined ticketing system
      - Stay current with evolving clinical practices and updates to code sets from regulatory organizations
      - Identify mapping discrepancies and engage in discussions to resolve them proactively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with US-based ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT4, and HCPCS code sets
      - Minimum of three years’ experience with medical records coding and electronic health records
      - One of the following credentials required: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC
      - Effective communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and collaborate across teams
      - Technical expertise in applying knowledge of code sets and emerging technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor's degree in health information management systems or equivalent experience
      - Demonstrated ability to apply conceptual and critical thinking to solve complex mapping challenges
