What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, hire, and develop a highly productive team of Brand Associates and Experts
- Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric approach
- Supervise a team and provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback
- Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity within the store
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and promote community involvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Familiarity with retail technology and processes
- Experience in leading and inspiring teams through coaching and mentoring
