- Lead the development and integration of payer & provider market access and NPP strategy to ensure alignment with brand goals and broader organizational priorities.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Market Access, RKALs, ARMs, Sales, HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Insights & Analytics to identify and deliver high-impact strategies that support coverage, affordability, and pull-through.
- Drive development, in partnership with Retina Marketing team, of access-oriented materials including value propositions, budget impact models, payer-focused RWE/PRO tools, trade and distribution resources, and EHR order set content.
- Translate access strategy into actionable tools for field teams (e.g., payer pull-through guides, out-of-pocket cost support messaging, policy navigation materials, provider program guides and tools to enhance communication by RKALs, reimbursement tools to enhance reimbursement confidence with ARMs and OBSs, as appropriate).
- Collaborate with MAx Insights and Analytics to inform segmentation, targeting, and message optimization for payer audiences.
- Lead the development of NPP strategies to ensure the right customer is reached in the right channel, at the right cadence, and with the right message
- Lead the development and deployment of omnichannel NPP campaigns (e.g., email, digital media, CRM, web) to drive education, awareness, and activation across HCP segments, including those not reached by the field force.
- Partner with the omnichannel team to shape content journeys aligned to the access and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Retina Marketing team in development of creative assets and ensure all campaigns are measured against performance KPIs with optimization plans in place.
- Collaborate with field teams, CL&D, and Access field leadership to ensure seamless rollout and pull-through of access and NPP materials.
- Develop and implement training modules to ensure proper utilization and message consistency across customer-facing teams.
- Serve as a key liaison between headquarters and the MAx field teams to ensure rapid feedback and iterative improvements.
- Manage budget for both payer marketing and NPP activities, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with strategic imperatives.
- Lead agency relationships across payer and omnichannel initiatives to ensure timely and compliant development and deployment of materials.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 4 years in market access and/or omnichannel marketing.
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, payer dynamics (Medicare, Commercial, VA/DoD), and buy-and-bill reimbursement models.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated access and NPP strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and prioritize competing initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Advanced Degree/Education in a related discipline
- Expert knowledge in the disease state or product category to which assigned
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience
- This “home office” role can based in San Francisco, CA, Parsippany, NJ or Northbrook, IL.

Purpose
The Market Access Marketing & NPP Lead, IZERVAY, is responsible for the development, integration, and execution of strategies and tactical plans that optimize market access and drive engagement through non-personal promotion. This role sits at the intersection of Market Access Marketing and omnichannel Marketing, requiring strong cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment between strategy and field (RKAL, ARM, and OBS) execution across all key stakeholders.

Strategic Leadership
This position plays a critical role within the IZERVAY brand team and reports to the US Commercial Head, IZERVAY. The role requires extensive collaboration across commercial, medical, and access functions to ensure cohesive and differentiated communication across customer touchpoints. This position demands a strong strategic mindset, data-driven decision making, and the ability to deliver in a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment.
