- In-Store & Outside Sales/Prospecting:
- Engage with current catering orders and ensure all stores are making those essential pre and post-call connections.
- Train fellow team members on upselling techniques for catering orders—because who can resist extra queso or tasty desserts?
- Implement best practices for lead generation including chip drops to spark interest in potential clients.
- Community Engagement:
- Identify opportunities to set up tables for community events and promote our catering services.
- Work with local businesses and schools to develop catering relationships that will elevate our presence in the community.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Maintain ongoing communication via efficient follow-up emails and calls to keep the momentum going with new leads.
- Track your outreach efforts and share exciting growth stories with our Regional Catering Sales Manager (RCSM).
- Monthly In-Store Duties:
- Maintain a vibrant presence with catering displays and promotional materials.
- Assist with fundraising initiatives and community sponsorships to solidify our brand in the milieu.
- Annual Salary of $55,000 to $60,000
