      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct training sessions for Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) to enhance their knowledge of Purple products
      - Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to influence store presentation and merchandising
      - Execute sales incentive programs to motivate RSAs and grow the Balance of Share (BOS)
      - Communicate corporate initiatives and field insights to account teams
      - Address and resolve issues while ensuring Purple's brand standards are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in Indirect Customer Sales
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven history of success in developing market-level sales strategies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to travel daily within the assigned market and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience developing or facilitating training content is highly preferred
      - Computer and software expertise, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
      - Residence within the assigned market or willingness to relocate
