What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training and store visits to enhance the knowledge and sales capabilities of Retail Sales Associates (RSAs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure brand representation and merchandising standards
- Communicate corporate initiatives and field insights to account teams effectively
- Execute engaging sales incentive programs to motivate top-performing sales associates
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve emerging issues in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in Indirect Customer Sales
- Proven success in developing and implementing market-level sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel daily within the assigned market

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience developing or facilitating training content
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
