      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for leading and directing local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supporting the local President in a metro or suburban market. Key responsibilities include serving as coordinator/convener of the local market leadership team, driving business integration, and overseeing employee engagement and community impact. Job expectations include acting as a proxy for the local President in representing the bank both internally and externally in the assigned market.

      Responsibilities:

      • Partners with the local President to provide strategic and cohesive guidance across all Lines of Business to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
      • Drives business integration, leads the bank's community strategy, and oversees and promotes engagement from employees representing the bank.
      • Provides strategy and direction on how the bank delivers local and enterprise assets to serve customers and clients across the market.
      • Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to help deliver the bank's message externally.

      Required Skills:

      • 8+ years of experience
      • Deep knowledge of the bank’s local market delivery strategy and the role of the Local Market Organization in the enterprise narrative
      • Experience leading through change and influencing without direct authority
      • Ability to identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategic initiatives and drive to achieve desired results
      • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed, results-oriented

      Desired Skills:

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
      • Project Management, Line of Business Experience
      • Ability to think strategically
      • Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to the bank

      Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $99,000.00 - $171,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
